Principal Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Compliance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of payment services risk rating and transaction monitoring models
• Collaborate with teams to implement Financial Crime program changes and advise on related topics
• Research regulatory compliance requirements and engage with business partners to develop compliant solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Security and Intelligence, Law, Information Technology, Analytics, or Finance
• 6+ years of experience in compliance, law, risk management, or related fields
• In lieu of education, 10+ years of experience in compliance, law, risk management, or related fields
• Knowledge of compliance laws and regulations, and experience with Compliance Management Systems
• Preferred certifications include Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager, ACAMS, JD, CISA, CIPP, CRMP, PMP, or RIMS
