Principal Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing Digital Consulting practice, the remote Principal Consultant will lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud PLM and F4PLM implementations, build relationships with executive stakeholders, and mentor consulting teams while ensuring project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud PLM and F4PLM implementations from discovery through go-live and hypercare
• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and lead steering committee meetings
• Mentor senior consultants and contribute to the growth of the consulting practice

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of IT consulting experience with ownership of complex enterprise implementations
• Extensive experience delivering Oracle Cloud PLM and/or F4PLM solutions through multiple full lifecycle implementations
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP/SCM and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Proven ability to engage confidently with executive stakeholders
• Deep understanding of the food and beverage industry, including product development and compliance
