Key Responsibilities

Deliver annual individual sales of $1M-$1.5M, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Lead and manage multiple project teams to deliver high-quality, insight-driven client engagements
Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities with existing and prospective clients

Required Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; advanced degree such as an MBA preferred
8+ years of professional experience in consulting, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare
Proven track record in revenue generation and business development
Deep understanding and passion for the life sciences and healthcare industries
Exceptional client relationship skills and experience building long-term partnerships
