Principal Consultant

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic advisor, the fully remote Principal Consultant will lead complex consulting engagements, ensuring alignment with client business goals and regulatory requirements while driving business development and mentoring junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Guide clients in developing long-term cybersecurity and compliance strategies while building executive-level relationships
• Act as the primary point of contact for complex engagements, managing expectations and delivering high-value recommendations
• Contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities for client expansion and enhancing internal methodologies

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Consulting, Cybersecurity, or a related role
• BA/BS Degree in a related field is preferred
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM are preferred
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks like NIST, HITRUST, HIPAA, and ISO 27001
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders
