Principal Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Principal Consultant will provide consultative support to clients in optimizing their business performance management solutions, particularly OneStream XF, by independently managing implementation projects and collaborating with client teams to achieve measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Independently own the entire build process and manage small projects in accordance with the PRIME methodology
• Work with clients to scope projects, produce measurable results, and lead troubleshooting and resolution of application issues
• Mentor junior team members and assist in pre-sales efforts by demonstrating core functionalities of the platform

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field
• 12+ years of relevant work experience in finance or consulting
• Extensive experience with SQL, C#, VB.NET, or similar programming languages
• Deep understanding of financial accounting processes and data modeling skills
• Strong technical skills related to product implementation and prior experience with databases such as Oracle or Essbase
