Principal Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Consultant responsible for successful execution of implementation, adoption, and optimization of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in pre-sale process, provide guidance and translate business requirements
• Lead meetings with customers to identify needs and create a vision
• Map customer requirements to adoption and optimization of technology solutions

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of leadership experience in relevant area of business or equivalent
• 7+ years leading implementation of large-scale ERP projects
• Experience using government accounting software
• Exceptional communication, team building, and mentoring skills
• CPA and experience in government contracting are preferred
