Principal Consultant (AI)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Consultant (AI Workforce - Glean).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio aligned to business processes
• Integrate Copilot solutions with enterprise systems and support internal teams in governance and lifecycle management
• Lead enablement sessions and co-create reusable enablement assets for client teams

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in enterprise automation, digital transformation, or AI-enabled consulting
• Direct experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar low-code AI platforms
• 3-5 years of BI experience, including knowledge of ETL, SQL, and data visualization best practices
• Solid understanding of semantic layers and Microsoft 365 security/compliance boundaries
• Experience facilitating automation/AI discovery sessions with business stakeholders
