Principal Consultant - AI

Job Summary

Leading client engagements in a consultative capacity, the full-time remote Principal Consultant - AI will manage client discovery, develop AI use case portfolios, and design end-to-end AI solutions while establishing AI Centers of Excellence to ensure scalable adoption aligned with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured discovery sessions to assess organizational readiness for AI adoption and translate findings into actionable insights
• Identify and document AI use cases, performing ROI stress testing and prioritizing based on business impact and feasibility
• Design and oversee the implementation of complex AI architectures and solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise systems and governance standards

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting experience with a focus on client discovery and executive engagement
• Proven experience as an AI Architect or in a similar role, with hands-on experience in building AI solutions
• Strong background in architecture across cloud, security, integration, and scalability
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English
