Principal Consultant, Decarbonization
Job Summary
Leading client engagements, the full-time Principal Consultant, Decarbonization will advise and implement innovative solutions for decarbonization strategies while working remotely across various sectors including technology, food & agriculture, and healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver target-setting and decarbonization projects, including technical analyses and client reports
- Build and grow client relationships by identifying opportunities to expand existing engagements
- Lead the development of proposals and competitive bids to support future business growth
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in decarbonization, climate strategy, or sustainability consulting
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM discipline
- Direct experience developing and modeling Science-Based Targets (SBTi)
- Deep understanding of SBTi guidance and Scope 3 emissions assessment
- Experience in designing and implementing corporate decarbonization strategies
