Principal Consultant - Enterprise Systems

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Consultant specializing in Enterprise Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy and digital transformation projects, ensuring successful design and implementation of enterprise initiatives
• Deliver client-ready strategic solutions related to enterprise software systems and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of engagements
• Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and developing long-term client relationships

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting or equivalent work experience with expertise in leading complex IT engagements
• Strong understanding of business and technology challenges in life sciences and experience with private-equity owned companies
• Proven expertise in ERP implementation and optimization, with additional experience in CRM and HCM platforms preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a life-science, engineering, or relevant field
• Experience in a role requiring both individual sales credit and project delivery oversight
