Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Consultant to support and grow their Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex due diligence projects involving multi-site portfolios and multi-person subject matter expert project teams
  • Help clients with internal processes for managing transaction risks and find solutions to transaction-driven environmental issues
  • Prepare concise TAS due diligence reports and other deliverables that assess potential environmental liability risks

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of fifteen to twenty years of transactional experience in environmental due diligence
  • Experience with managing and executing transactions in various sectors with Private Equity and corporate clients
  • Strong ESG Due Diligence experience is a plus
  • Knowledgeable of issues within key client sectors, particularly Industrials, Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Petro-Chemical, and Power Generation
