Principal Consultant - Lab Informatics
Job Summary
To lead consulting and transformation initiatives across laboratory environments, the remote Senior/Principal Consultant - Lab Informatics will engage with senior stakeholders, assess laboratory processes, and define technology strategies while leveraging over 15 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Digital Lab consulting, assessments, and strategy engagements, translating business challenges into technology solutions
- Provide expertise across the Lab Informatics landscape, including LIMS, ELN, and instrument connectivity, while defining transformation roadmaps
- Translate consulting recommendations into executable implementation programs, defining scope, governance, and timelines
Required Qualifications
- 15-18+ years of experience in Lab Informatics, Digital Lab, or related consulting roles
- Strong Life Sciences experience, particularly in Manufacturing and QC laboratory environments
- Deep understanding of laboratory technology ecosystems, including LIMS, ELN, and CDS
- Proven experience in leading transformation strategies and large-scale implementation planning
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to drive decisions without direct authority
