Principal Consultant, Organizational Effectiveness
Job Summary
To support nonprofit organizations in achieving greater impact, the fully remote Principal Consultant, Organizational Effectiveness will lead consulting engagements focused on organizational design, leadership development, and employee engagement while managing client relationships and delivering measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of consulting engagements from discovery through implementation, managing scope, budget, and quality expectations
- Diagnose organizational challenges and design evidence-based interventions to achieve sustainable outcomes
- Facilitate executive retreats and strategic planning sessions, supporting organizations through change and aligning diverse stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness, organizational development, HR strategy, or management consulting
- Experience advising nonprofit executive teams and boards, preferably in social impact organizations
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple consulting engagements while delivering exceptional client experiences
- Strong facilitation, analytical, project management, and relationship management skills
- Ability to diagnose systemic issues using qualitative and quantitative data
