Principal Consultant, SOC

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal, SOC.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads audits/assessments and prepares advisory or assessment reports
• Mentors team members and collaborates with project managers to ensure client satisfaction
• Develops internal workflow methodology and contributes to thought leadership materials

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of expertise in security frameworks and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOC 2, ISO, NIST)
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, CIS, MIS, IT, or equivalent experience
• Ability to evaluate technology control effectiveness throughout the business cycle
• Preferred certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or audit certifications (CISA, QSA)
• Experience with cloud computing environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) is preferred
