Job Summary

To establish and grow an engineering presence in Argentina, the full-time salaried Principal Consultant, Software Engineering will lead architecture and delivery efforts, mentor engineers, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients while supporting business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and grow MojoTech's engineering presence in Argentina, recruiting and mentoring a high-performing team
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, leading discovery workshops and translating business objectives into technology solutions
• Design and deliver scalable systems across application, data, and AI platforms while ensuring project alignment with client expectations

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering and architecture experience
• Significant experience leading client-facing consulting engagements
• Proven experience building, managing, and mentoring engineering teams
• Strong professional network within Argentina's technology community
• Deep expertise in modern software architecture, cloud platforms, and distributed systems
