Job Summary
To support GSA's Center for Emerging Building Technologies, the full-time remote Principal Consultant, Strategic Communications will lead strategic planning, facilitate multi-stakeholder meetings, and prepare executive-ready briefing materials while ensuring effective program management and communication of results.
Key responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and facilitation for technology evaluation programs, including meetings and innovation planning sessions
- Design and conduct high-visibility workshops, ensuring stakeholder engagement and preparation of executive briefings
- Translate meeting outcomes into actionable summary reports and oversee project closeout processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience
- High-level program management experience with multi-stakeholder federal programs
- Proven experience coordinating with federal agencies and delivering time-sensitive deliverables
- Strong ability to translate complex technical information into executive-ready materials
