Job Summary

To support GSA's Center for Emerging Building Technologies, the full-time remote Principal Consultant, Strategic Communications will lead strategic planning, facilitate multi-stakeholder meetings, and prepare executive-ready briefing materials while ensuring effective program management and communication of results.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead strategic planning and facilitation for technology evaluation programs, including meetings and innovation planning sessions
  • Design and conduct high-visibility workshops, ensuring stakeholder engagement and preparation of executive briefings
  • Translate meeting outcomes into actionable summary reports and oversee project closeout processes
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience
  • High-level program management experience with multi-stakeholder federal programs
  • Proven experience coordinating with federal agencies and delivering time-sensitive deliverables
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical information into executive-ready materials
