Principal Content Strategist

Job Summary

Leading the development of innovative learning content, the full-time Principal Content Strategist will define curriculum strategies, manage video-based learning initiatives, and architect AI-enabled content operations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete curriculum approach for Student Learning programs, ensuring pedagogical rigor and consistency
• Drive the development of video-based learning by crafting scripts and providing expert-level feedback on production quality
• Identify and implement workflows that enhance content operations using advanced technology while maintaining quality standards

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in instructional build and curriculum development at a senior level
• Extensive hands-on experience in leading video-based learning production and storytelling
• Proven ability to develop and manage content standards and curriculum frameworks across teams
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Premiere Pro and Photoshop
• Demonstrated skill in guiding subject matter experts and external contributors effectively
