A company is looking for a Principal Contract Administrator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Review client contracts for risks and conformity
- Lead negotiating teams and establish business terms
- Monitor compliance with contractual terms and conditions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of prime contract administration experience
- Strong knowledge of contract negotiation, FAR/DFAR, and industry business practices
- Experience in Federal government contracting preferred
- Background in Engineering and Construction contracting desired
