Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Contract Administrator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review client contracts for risks and conformity
  • Lead negotiating teams and establish business terms
  • Monitor compliance with contractual terms and conditions

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 10+ years of prime contract administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of contract negotiation, FAR/DFAR, and industry business practices
  • Experience in Federal government contracting preferred
  • Background in Engineering and Construction contracting desired
