Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Contract Administrator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and assess client contracts for risks and compliance with company policies
  • Lead negotiations and monitor compliance with prime contract provisions
  • Provide guidance to project teams on financial and risk issues related to contracts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 10+ years of prime contract administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of contract negotiation and management, especially in Federal Government and Commercial Subcontracts
  • Familiarity with industry business practices and Federal contracting requirements
  • Some experience in non-Federal contracting, including commercial and municipal contracts
