Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Contract Administrator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess client contracts for risks and compliance with company policies
- Lead negotiations and monitor compliance with prime contract provisions
- Provide guidance to project teams on financial and risk issues related to contracts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of prime contract administration experience
- Strong knowledge of contract negotiation and management, especially in Federal Government and Commercial Subcontracts
- Familiarity with industry business practices and Federal contracting requirements
- Some experience in non-Federal contracting, including commercial and municipal contracts
