Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Contract Administrator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Review client contracts to identify risks and ensure compliance with company policy
  • Lead negotiations for complex agreements and monitor compliance with contractual terms
  • Provide guidance to Program Managers and oversee contract administration activities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field
  • 10+ years of prime contract administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of contract negotiation and management for both Federal and commercial contracts
  • Experience with Engineering and Construction contracting preferred
  • US Person status required
