Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Contract Administrator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Review client contracts to identify risks and ensure compliance with company policy
- Lead negotiations for complex agreements and monitor compliance with contractual terms
- Provide guidance to Program Managers and oversee contract administration activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field
- 10+ years of prime contract administration experience
- Strong knowledge of contract negotiation and management for both Federal and commercial contracts
- Experience with Engineering and Construction contracting preferred
- US Person status required
