Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Contracts Administrator to manage contract administration processes in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire contract administration life cycle, supporting business development and program managers
- Lead proposal activities, including financial risk analyses and compliance with solicitations
- Conduct negotiations and post-award administration, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and company policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field with at least 8 years of contract administration experience
- Experience with various government solicitations and contracts, including cost type and fixed-price contracts
- Familiarity with Non-Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements
- Ability to represent the company on contracts and interact with senior personnel
- Proficiency in MS Office Products and understanding of OCI issues
