Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Contracts Administrator to manage contract administration processes in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire contract administration life cycle, supporting business development and program managers
  • Lead proposal activities, including financial risk analyses and compliance with solicitations
  • Conduct negotiations and post-award administration, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and company policies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field with at least 8 years of contract administration experience
  • Experience with various government solicitations and contracts, including cost type and fixed-price contracts
  • Familiarity with Non-Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements
  • Ability to represent the company on contracts and interact with senior personnel
  • Proficiency in MS Office Products and understanding of OCI issues
