Job Summary

Principal Contracts Administrator is a full-time remote position responsible for managing the entire contract administration life cycle, supporting business development and program managers, leading proposal activities, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the contract administration life cycle, including proposal support and negotiations
  • Conduct financial and business risk analyses, draft terms and conditions, and ensure compliance with solicitations
  • Advise management on contractual rights and obligations while acting as the primary interface with customer contracting officials
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 8+ years' experience in Contract Administration
  • Experience with various forms of government contracts and solicitations
  • Familiarity with Non-Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements
  • US Citizenship and ability to pass a government-sponsored background investigation, if needed
