Job Summary

Responsible for managing the entire contract administration life cycle, the full-time remote Principal Contracts Administrator will support business development and program managers, lead proposal activities, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of contract administration from initiation to closeout, including supporting business opportunity pursuits
  • Lead proposal activities by conducting financial and business risk analyses and drafting terms and conditions
  • Negotiate sole source contracts and manage post-award administration while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Contract Administration
  • Experience managing various forms of government contracts and understanding pricing and subcontracting issues
  • Proficiency in processing Non-Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements
  • Ability to represent the company as the primary contact on contracts and interact with senior personnel
  • Firm understanding of OCI issues and mitigation strategies
