Principal Contracts Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Principal Contracts Consultant will serve as a subject matter expert in contracting practices and supplier/subcontractor terms and conditions, leading negotiations and developing contract templates for Westinghouse procurements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on supplier and subcontractor terms and conditions for supply chain operations
• Lead negotiations with suppliers/subcontractors on complex or high-risk scopes of work
• Perform final reviews of contract documents to support Purchase Order execution and advise on identified concerns

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years' experience in contract analysis and management, with a focus on terms and conditions
• Working knowledge of commercial practices, risk assessment, and contracting structures
• Preferred experience in procurement project management and contract negotiation in the power market
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for contract negotiations or meetings
