Principal Conversational Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Conversational Designer to define and deliver conversational design for AI-powered experiences in the AEC organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead conversational design for agentic experiences, defining interaction patterns and content strategies
• Design end-to-end conversational flows, including prompts, responses, and error handling
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure conversational experiences are high quality and user-centered

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in conversational design or a related experience design discipline
• Proven experience designing multi-turn interactions and guided workflows
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered conversational experiences
• Deep understanding of conversational UX principles and AI-powered product experiences
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
