Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Corporate Development Manager to drive growth initiatives through acquisitions and strategic investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify acquisition and investment targets, developing business cases based on market analysis
• Lead end-to-end M&A processes, including due diligence, deal structuring, and integration planning
• Develop post-acquisition integration plans to maximize synergies and enhance product offerings

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate development, M&A, or venture capital in the technology sector
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Proven track record of leading successful acquisitions with a focus on product-driven outcomes
• 2+ years of product management experience in AI-driven companies, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Depth of experience in AI/ML domain and understanding of commercialization of applied AI
