A company is looking for a Principal CPA, Director of Tax (US - Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strong client relationships and uphold quality control standards for client deliverables
• Lead and mentor the tax team, including preparing and reviewing business and individual tax returns
• Research tax issues and respond to client inquiries regarding reporting and strategy

Required Qualifications

• CPA with 8+ years of experience in public accounting
• Experience in managing client relationships and understanding their business needs
• Proficient in cloud-based accounting platforms and major tax preparation software
• Familiarity with project management or practice management tools
• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude towards work and client service
