Principal CPQ Process Architect
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end quoting and deal approval process globally, the full-time Principal CPQ Process Architect will lead the implementation of Salesforce Agentic Revenue Management (ARM), enhance user experience, and ensure the smooth transition from Steelbrick CPQ while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the health, performance, and roadmap of the Quoting/CPQ process from quote creation to deal approval
- Serve as the voice of the end user, identifying and reducing friction points in the quoting and deal approval journey
- Lead the implementation of Salesforce ARM, managing the migration plan from Steelbrick CPQ and ensuring operational continuity
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Systems with expertise in CPQ processes
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Salesforce Agentic Revenue Management (ARM) is strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Steelbrick CPQ is a nice-to-have
- Proven experience as project lead on CPQ or major RevOps systems implementations
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus
