Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of production experience in a cross-functional matrixed organization
• Mastery of the end-to-end production process with a proven portfolio
• Significant experience in motivating and inspiring internal teams and vendors
• Deep understanding of talent, music usage, and licensing rights
• Experience with project management tools like ClickUp is a plus
