Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic AI projects, managing user experience direction from completion
• Architect agentic workflows through user research and testing using AI models
• Evolve the design system by developing UX asset repositories for human and AI components

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in UI, interaction, or systems design
• Proven experience with Agentic AI for creating research artifacts and data curation
• Mastery of Figma and familiarity with innovative design tools
• Solid understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
• A degree in design, HCI, engineering, or equivalent professional experience
