Principal Creative Technologist

Job Summary

Leading the evolution of a design system, the full-time Principal Creative Technologist will architect adaptable user experiences for AI-driven interfaces while collaborating with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of design and technology.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the direction of user experience on strategic AI projects from inception to completion
• Facilitate user research and testing using AI and Agentic Models to analyze findings
• Develop and manage a repository of UX assets that support both human-authored and AI-generated components

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of professional experience in UI design, interaction design, or systems design
• Proven experience using Agentic AI to create research artifacts and synthesize data
• Mastery of Figma and familiarity with innovative design tools
• Solid understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
• A degree in design, HCI, engineering, or equivalent professional experience
