Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with various teams to shape credit metrics, financial forecasts, and drive consensus on the Upstart platform
- Lead analytics on underwriting decisions, credit monitoring, and valuation modeling to inform product decisions
- Develop foundational forecast pipelines and automated reporting for dynamic credit intelligence
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience in the technology and financial industry
- Experience in developing credit analytics and financial forecasting using Python, R, and SQL
- Proficiency in data modeling and data pipelines with tools like Databricks, DBT, and Snowflake
- Degree in Quantitative Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields
