Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal CRM Platform Application Owner.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and operational stability of the Mulesoft and Salesforce platforms
• Define platform vision and roadmap, prioritize enhancements, and manage vendor relationships
• Oversee scrum teams and ensure high availability and performance of integration solutions

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant IT experience, particularly with Mulesoft and Salesforce
• Bachelor's degree required
• Professional certifications preferred, such as Mulesoft Certified Developer/Architect or Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Experience with API management and data integration using Mulesoft or similar platforms
• Experience with Salesforce object management and Education Data Architecture as a secondary skill
