Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Customer Architect.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding and enablement programs to drive customer adoption and satisfaction
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to understand customer goals and influence stakeholders
- Monitor customer health, perform churn analysis, and ensure technical success to maintain high retention rates
Required Qualifications
- Senior-level experience (typically 5+ years) in DevOps, SRE, or related engineering roles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes and experience with CI/CD tools
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform) are advantageous
