Job Summary
Driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Principal Customer Excellence Transformation Manager will manage program tracking, stakeholder engagement, and project prioritization to support the Chief Customer Officer's transformation agenda.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program management of key strategic initiatives across the Customer Excellence organization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional alignment sessions
- Establish and continuously improve project management standards, tools, and processes across the CE organization
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in program/project management, PMO leadership, or business operations
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, or management consulting with exposure to enterprise SaaS
- Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar)
