Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal, Customer Experience Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end high stakes programs involving CX Leaders, including strategy delivery plans and action item follow-through
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships and timelines for initiatives involving Go-to-Market, Product & Technology, and Marketing
  • Prepare CX leaders for enterprise events with executive-ready storytelling and data presentation
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in business operations or strategy consulting
  • 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise-wide programs with executive level stakeholders
  • Experience in defining, designing, and implementing solutions for business outcomes
  • Strong ability to establish relationships and drive alignment across teams
  • Proficient in project management and collaboration tools
