Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal, Customer Experience Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end high stakes programs involving CX Leaders, including strategy delivery plans and action item follow-through
- Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships and timelines for initiatives involving Go-to-Market, Product & Technology, and Marketing
- Prepare CX leaders for enterprise events with executive-ready storytelling and data presentation
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in business operations or strategy consulting
- 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise-wide programs with executive level stakeholders
- Experience in defining, designing, and implementing solutions for business outcomes
- Strong ability to establish relationships and drive alignment across teams
- Proficient in project management and collaboration tools
