Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Customer Solutions Engineer to provide technical support and leadership in technology solutions for customers' digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical services to customers, including complex project scope and deployment of products
- Lead a team in implementing technical solutions and communicate project status and risks
- Create proof of concept analyses and conduct technical presentations and trainings
Required Qualifications and Education
- 5-7 years of relevant technical experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience in complex IT project implementations and customizations
- Technical skills in IBM COBOL, CICS, relational databases, and cloud technologies
- Familiarity with agile engineering practices and DevOps tools
