Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Customer Solutions Engineer to provide technical support and leadership in technology solutions for customers' digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical services to customers, including complex project scope and deployment of products
  • Lead a team in implementing technical solutions and communicate project status and risks
  • Create proof of concept analyses and conduct technical presentations and trainings
Required Qualifications and Education
  • 5-7 years of relevant technical experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience in complex IT project implementations and customizations
  • Technical skills in IBM COBOL, CICS, relational databases, and cloud technologies
  • Familiarity with agile engineering practices and DevOps tools
