Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Customer Success Analyst - AI and Advanced Customer Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with Care Operations and Voice of the Customer teams to enhance strategies through insights
  • Utilize AI and Machine Learning to analyze customer interactions and provide actionable insights
  • Create frameworks and playbooks for utilizing AI insights across the organization


Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in a data-intensive environment (Analytics, Data Science, or Business Intelligence)
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL and experience with complex data schemas
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for analyzing unstructured data
  • Extensive experience with BI tools for creating dashboards and visualizations
  • Familiarity with foundational data science concepts and their application to business problems
