Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Customer Success Analyst - AI and Advanced Customer Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with Care Operations and Voice of the Customer teams to enhance strategies through insights
- Utilize AI and Machine Learning to analyze customer interactions and provide actionable insights
- Create frameworks and playbooks for utilizing AI insights across the organization
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in a data-intensive environment (Analytics, Data Science, or Business Intelligence)
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and experience with complex data schemas
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for analyzing unstructured data
- Extensive experience with BI tools for creating dashboards and visualizations
- Familiarity with foundational data science concepts and their application to business problems
