Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Customer Success Data Scientist - Industry Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technical strategies to translate customer business objectives into actionable success plans
- Build consultative relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor to navigate challenges and foster long-term advocacy
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer outcomes, resolve issues, and provide input on product roadmaps
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of data science experience using various software environments and programming languages
- 10+ years of experience in advanced data analytics and delivering complex projects
- 10+ years of industry experience in sectors such as Manufacturing, Energy, or Life Sciences
- Master's or higher degree in a STEM field with graduate classes in statistics and data mining
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
