Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Customer Success Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive post-sales success by leading customer transformation and aligning offerings to goals
- Collaborate with Account Executives to create and execute integrated pre- and post-sales strategies

Required Qualifications
- BA/BS or equivalent required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 12 years in a management consulting or leadership role focused on technology-enabled business transformations
- Proven experience in running large-scale strategic accounts and exceeding business objectives
- Strong background in cross-functional leadership and building relationships with C-level executives
- Experience in leveraging AI in work processes and decision-making
