Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Customer Success Executive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive post-sales success by leading customer transformation and aligning offerings to goals
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to create and execute integrated pre- and post-sales strategies

Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS or equivalent required; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 12 years in a management consulting or leadership role focused on technology-enabled business transformations
  • Proven experience in running large-scale strategic accounts and exceeding business objectives
  • Strong background in cross-functional leadership and building relationships with C-level executives
  • Experience in leveraging AI in work processes and decision-making
