Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Customer Success Manager, Strategic Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the customer experience for approximately 35 high-spend customers, focusing on retention and growth
- Build relationships at all levels within customer organizations to demonstrate value and develop partnerships
- Manage cross-functional resources to support customer growth and deliver Executive Business Review presentations
Required Qualifications
- Personal investment in customer success
- Experience with large organizations (200+ employees)
- Management of a minimum of $4,500,000 - $5,000,000 ARR
- Proven track record of impacting customer results with a SaaS platform
- Experience in creative problem solving and change management
