Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Customer Success Manager, Strategic Accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the customer experience for approximately 35 high-spend customers, focusing on retention and growth
  • Build relationships at all levels within customer organizations to demonstrate value and develop partnerships
  • Manage cross-functional resources to support customer growth and deliver Executive Business Review presentations

Required Qualifications
  • Personal investment in customer success
  • Experience with large organizations (200+ employees)
  • Management of a minimum of $4,500,000 - $5,000,000 ARR
  • Proven track record of impacting customer results with a SaaS platform
  • Experience in creative problem solving and change management
