- 10+ years in Customer Success, Consulting, or Data, with experience managing complex enterprise accounts
- Strong understanding of the modern data stack ecosystem
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers
- Comfortable discussing data architecture, integrations, and workflows
- Demonstrated success driving adoption and measurable business impact within complex environments
