Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own a portfolio of high ARR, multi-region enterprise accounts and manage joint success plans
  • Drive adoption of core WorkSpan modules and identify expansion opportunities using AI insights
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and facilitate strategic discussions on co-sell strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting roles in B2B SaaS, with 3+ years managing strategic accounts
  • Experience with partner ecosystems and co-sell motions, preferably with AWS, Microsoft, or Google Cloud
  • Strong understanding of SaaS revenue metrics and ability to build ROI and business cases
  • Comfort discussing integrations, APIs, and CRM architectures, with hands-on experience using AI tools
  • Exceptional executive presence with the ability to simplify complexity and drive decisions
