Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of high ARR, multi-region enterprise accounts and manage joint success plans
- Drive adoption of core WorkSpan modules and identify expansion opportunities using AI insights
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and facilitate strategic discussions on co-sell strategies
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting roles in B2B SaaS, with 3+ years managing strategic accounts
- Experience with partner ecosystems and co-sell motions, preferably with AWS, Microsoft, or Google Cloud
- Strong understanding of SaaS revenue metrics and ability to build ROI and business cases
- Comfort discussing integrations, APIs, and CRM architectures, with hands-on experience using AI tools
- Exceptional executive presence with the ability to simplify complexity and drive decisions
