Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Customer Success Manager to manage and grow enterprise relationships across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Retain customers, secure renewals, and hit retention targets by managing the renewal cycle and addressing risks
- Lead commercial negotiations and drive revenue growth through upselling and expansion opportunities
- Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships, ensuring consistent delivery on commitments and strategic guidance
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Customer Success experience in an enterprise SaaS organization
- Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts with significant ARR
- Executive presence with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen and data fluency for navigating account performance
- Organized and accountable with excellent management of a complex book of business
