Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of 3-5 large enterprise clients, the remote Principal Customer Success Manager will oversee all post-sale phases of the customer lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery and adoption of Thrive's technology solutions while actively participating in customer retention and growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and manage relationships with large enterprise customers throughout the customer lifecycle, utilizing AI tools to identify health signals and expansion opportunities
- Consult with customers to ensure successful adoption of Thrive solutions, helping senior leaders understand the business case for AI-enabled programs
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive renewals and expansions, leveraging AI-generated insights and data to enhance customer engagement
Required qualifications:
- Experience in deploying complex, company-wide client engagements involving AI-powered platforms across multiple countries
- Proven ability to engage effectively with customers at all levels, including strategic discussions about AI adoption and change management
- Track record of managing deal sizes ranging from $500K to $5M with successful long-term client relationships
- Exceptional prioritization and time management skills, enhanced by AI productivity tools
- Demonstrated interest in wellbeing, productivity, and the impact of technology on performance
