Job Summary
Overseeing a portfolio of customers, the full-time Principal Customer Success Manager will advocate for client success, ensuring optimal product usage and fostering adoption of ServiceNow solutions in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer engagement and outcomes to achieve business goals
- Guide the development of new Success Plays and create use case/success stories with customers
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of related work experience or equivalent experience
- Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
- Ability to run projects independently and creatively
- Proven success in collaborative environments
- ServiceNow certifications
