Job Summary

Overseeing a portfolio of customers, the full-time Principal Customer Success Manager will advocate for client success, ensuring optimal product usage and fostering adoption of ServiceNow solutions in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage customer engagement and outcomes to achieve business goals
  • Guide the development of new Success Plays and create use case/success stories with customers
  • Mentor junior team members and collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of related work experience or equivalent experience
  • Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
  • Ability to run projects independently and creatively
  • Proven success in collaborative environments
  • ServiceNow certifications
