Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of DX's most commercial customers, the full-time Principal Customer Success Manager will drive engineering transformation through implementation, program success, and renewals in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full customer lifecycle from implementation to renewal, ensuring program success and product utilization
- Coordinate and lead internal teams to support customer needs, including ProServ, Sales, Support, and Solutions Engineering
- Track key account metrics, identify renewal challenges, and create customer success plans to measure and improve success initiatives
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in customer success management, technical account management, or management consulting within the Enterprise space
- Proven ability to learn and communicate technical topics and products effectively
- Strong ownership skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent relationship-building skills across all management levels
- Experience influencing and negotiating results through indirect management
