Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Cybersecurity Engineer to ensure the security, compliance, and optimization of its IT systems and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the overall security strategy for safeguarding sensitive healthcare data and infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and conduct regular audits to identify and address gaps
• Lead risk assessment efforts and develop incident response plans to handle security breaches and regulatory incidents

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, or similar certification
• 10+ years of experience in security, compliance, or risk management, particularly in healthcare
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and relevant security frameworks
• Proven experience leading security teams and managing compliance programs
