Principal Cybersecurity Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Cyber Security Engineer responsible for architecting and implementing cybersecurity programs in corporate IT and medical devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise cybersecurity architecture and implement security technologies
• Lead incident response, threat hunting, and security automation initiatives
• Conduct security risk assessments and facilitate alignment with regulatory cybersecurity guidance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience, preferably in medical devices or regulated industries
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or CRISC are strongly preferred
• Deep expertise in enterprise security architecture and security technologies
• Experience with product security and compliance frameworks related to medical devices
