Job Summary
Supporting the U.S. Federal Government's cybersecurity needs, the full-time remote Principal Cybersecurity Engineer will manage cybersecurity functions such as vulnerability management, incident response, and threat detection while collaborating with customers and Cyber Defense teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee cybersecurity functions including vulnerability management and incident response
- Collaborate with customers and Cyber Defense teams to ensure consistency across environments
- Develop best practices for cybersecurity in air-gapped classified cloud environments
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in technical security consultancy or security operations
- 2+ years of hands-on technical leadership experience
- Experience deploying and managing systems in AWS or Microsoft Top Secret clouds
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of platform, application, and cloud security fundamentals
